Oliver de Akes, petitioning on behalf of Bartholomew de Akes, states that during the armistice between the king and the king of France, the people of Roger de Mauleon, then prevot and castellan of Dax, destroyed a mill belonging to Bartholomew and his heirs in the parish of Saubusse, and that Roger built a new mill in a place where no mill had ever been before. He asks that this new mill might be destroyed, and everything returned to the state in which it was at the beginning of the war and of the armistice.
