- Arnold Audoeni, esquire, states that the king's progenitors took, and the king still holds, Condat with its appurtenances, which ought to belong to him by inheritance. He asks that it might be returned to him.

- Because our lord the King and his progenitor are and were in peaceful seisin of the aforesaid place, and had the right, as is said, from those who had the right in it, it seems to the council that if he wishes to act he ought to come by the ordinary way, unless the king wishes to ordain otherwise of his grace: and therefore it is to be sent to him.
