- The enrolment of this document on the Gascon roll (Roles Gascons, vol. III no. 4823) is dated 1 April 33 Edward I (1305). Roles Gascons, vol. III no.4645 is dated 22 November 33 Edward I (1304). John de Havering was Seneschal of Gascony between October 1304 and August 1308, and Richard de Havering was Constable of Bordeaux between March 1305 and January 1307.
