Amount: £1000. Before whom: ..... Mayor of York; ..... Clerk. When taken: 30/06/1401 Sent by: The King to the Mayor of the City of York and the Clerk of Recognisances. Endorsement: Coram d'no Rege in Cancellar' sua. The writ was delivered at York on 6 Aug.1402, and another certificate was sent to Chancery at Easter 1403.
