Description

Notices of appeal to the Court of Appeal from County Court judgments in workmen's compensation cases. Most notices are accompanied by a copy of the notes taken by the County Court judge at the first hearing together with a copy of the original order.

The series extends to 1951 only, the system of workmen's compensation having been replaced by an industrial injuries scheme in 1948.
