Forwards the following Acts [copies not in item]:

  • No. 707, 'to authorise James Pairman Esquire, executor of Helen Pairman, deceased, to erect a Bathing House in the sea next to her premises at Hastings in the parish of Christ Church';
  • No. 708, 'to authorise Mary Keeling to erect a Bathing House in the sea aback of her premises at Fontabelle in the parish of St Michael';
  • No. 711, 'to authorise Samuel Gowdey to erect a Bathing House in the sea aback of his premises at Fontabelle in the parish of St Michael'.
