[Rear Admiral Sir] John Norris [to Boyle]: entry of a small French vessel into the anchorage. His frigates have returned from Norway without intelligence of French ships. A Dutch convoy of 200 ships has arrived. Their 12 ship escort will sail with the corn ships. He encloses the resolutions of a council of war. He will return to England, bringing the Swedish corn ship. Dated on board Ranelagh, anchored between Elsenore [Elsinore, Helsingør, Denmark] and Elsenburg [Helsingborg, Sweden]. No. 72
