Portsmouth Officers. Account of the time proposed to complete the hulls, masts and yards of the Princess Amelia, Royal William, Worcester and Modeste. It will be necessary to clear the north dock of the Arrogant the next spring in order to dock these ships. Ask for the people on the Arrogant to be employed Extra on the four ships. The people coming from Deptford and Woolwich should be employed on the Superbe and Chatham never less than six gangs on each but your warrant of the 22nd supercedes all other warrants so will need to take all the people from the Superbe and Chatham and ask for directions.
