Charles James, 113 Cheapside. Has delivered seamen's beds to Hay's Wharf to be forwarded by the first vessel and the rest later but Mr. Stowe informs Mr. Greenway has written to the Board that none have been received and asks for 400 by land carriage. The beds were not sent from the Wharf but some went on the Neptune which sailed on Wednesday and should be at Portsmouth on Monday or Tuesday. Clark's Portsmouth waggon does not set out before Monday noon and will arrive on Thursday when those sent by sea will have arrived
