Folios 230A-230B. Letter from Captain von Reichel protesting that the £100 received in October 1793 was not, as Sir Watkin Lewes had been informed, in final discharge of his services but only interim pay to February 1794. He begs that, if his services are no longer required, he be allowed free passage back to St Petersburg and a small sum to clear his debts in England.
