Folios 216A-217. Letter to Evan Nepean, Under-Secretary, Home Office, from John Walcot at Dover, supplementing correspondence of the previous day. Enclosed is an anonymous memorandum in a different hand suggesting the writer of a letter brought from Ostend addressed to Williamson, a London stationer, and which had passed through Walcot's hands, to be John Conney, a noted Jacobin.
