Folios 210-212. Letter to Lady [Hood?] from Captain Hugh Christian, commissioner for the French vessels at Spithead, recommending the enclosed memorial. Enclosed is a memorial to Christian from Captain Desloges seeking treatment as a serving officer of the French navy rather than as an émigré, despite his misfortune to have been without a command at the point of the evacuation of Toulon.
