Folios 198-199. Letter to John King, Under-Secretary, Home Office from Augustus Pechell, magistrate, Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, referring to Mr Hayton's formal letter to the Home Secretary [HO 42/32/162 folio 196] and giving background information about Holden and his unruly influence over others in the neighbourhood of Amersham and Coleshill.
