Folios 232-234. Letter from Mr C Jenkin, Northiam, Sussex, concerning the fire on stacks of hay and straw belonging to Revd Dr Lord. Asking for a pardon to be granted to any accomplice who will give evidence leading to the conviction of the offender or offenders, except the person who actually committed the crime. Mr Jenkins mentions other property destroyed recently in Burwash, Sussex. He encloses a reward poster offering £100 to be paid on the conviction of the offender or offenders.
