Folios 159-160. Letter from Mr Ward concerning the robbery of John Godfrey and his wife. Three men with blackened faces broke into his house and stole £70. He is asking if a pardon can be given "to any accomplice except the person who actually committed the violence" who gives information leading to the apprehension and conviction of other offenders.
