Folios 148-149. Letter from Rich Monins, Middle Temple, on behalf of his brother Revd John Monins, rector of the Parish of Ringwould, Deal, Kent, who had a large barn and other outbuilding adjoining it set on fire. He is asking for the assistance of the government 'in such manner as shall seem most expedient' and states that he will pay 100 guineas reward on conviction of the offenders.
