Letter from Mr Townley Parker, Cuerdon Hall, Preston, Lancashire, concerning three fires in the township of Brindle, two of which were on the property of Mr Ainsworth [farmer], who is not able to offer a large reward. Requests that the government might offer a reward and a promise of pardon.
