Folios 124-125. Letter from Mr White, Wellington, concerning a fire in the woollen manufactory of Messrs Elworthy, Wellington, which totally destroyed the factory and stock. Messrs Elworthy are willing to offer £200 reward and the Eagle Insurance Office, which Insured the premises, will offer an additional £100. It is hoped that this action will prompt a pardon to be granted.
