Description

Acknowledges receipt of despatch of 26 January concerning the petition of George Harper, reputed husband of the late Elizabeth Sybella Stede, praying for her escheated property to be restored to him for the maintenance of their children. States that he has put George Harper in possession of the property pending further instructions.
