Description

Pre-fire Buildings: offices next to House of Peers. Upper floor plan of proposed building for 'the accommodation of His Majesty's Receipt of Exchequer'. This is upper floor of the building shown on WORK 29/10. Offices shown include Audition Offices, Annuities prior to 1789, Tontine Annuities 1789, Pell Offices, Pell Annuity Office and Tontine Office. Scale: 1 inch to 8 feet. [Tallies were abolished by Act of Parliament in 1826]. ORDER AS WORK 29/10
