Short title: Gardiner v Anderson.

Document type: bill and answer.

Plaintiffs: John Gardiner.

Defendant: Alexander Anderson, David Robertson, John Stevenson (amended to Joseph Stevenson) (abroad), Rupert George, Anmbrose Serle, John Schank, William Albany Otway and John Marsh.

Amended by an order dated 16 December 1799: Rupert George, Anmbrose Serle, John Schank, William Albany Otway and John Marsh removed as defendants.

Revived Trinity 1800.
