Defendant: Thomas Brooks, William Harris, George Sewell, John Burgess, Robert Sparks, Jukes Coulsons, Dame Elizabeth Young, Thomas Dear, Daniel Harris, John Marlow Dear alias John Dear Marlow, Thomas Weston, George Chamberlain, George Smallpiece, William Ocertone, Samuel Shephard, William Tahourdin, Edward Turnor, Henry Chase, Lawrence James Worsfold, Henry Chater, Thomas Chambion, Edward Whire, Edward Eades, Judith Hole, Henry Howard, William Cooke, Henry Woods, Mary Holford, Daniel Elliott, Joshua Small, George Taylor, Richard Heather, Charles Downes, Joseph Webb, George Fielder, James Halliday, George Hyde, Joseph Gee and James Sharpe.

Amended by an order dated 18 December 1798: Thomas Kirkpatrick Escott, Peter Vincent, John King and Attorney General added as defendants.
