Short title: Farrimond v Walley.

Plaintiffs: William Farrimond and another.

Defendant: John Platt and Margaret Platt his wife, Thomas Whaley and wife.

Amended by an order dated 23 April 1800: Margaret Platt, Mary Platt, William Langton, Thomas Hornby and Peter Greenough added as defendants.
