Plaintiffs: James Duff and another.

Defendants: Tobias Atkinson, Robert Johnson, George Edwards and Robert Peers.

Amended by order of 3 November 1802: William Sikes, Westgarth Snaith and John Watson added as defendants.

Amended by order of 10 February 1803: Charles Boldero added as defendant. William Sikes, Westgarth Snaith and John Watson removed as defendants.
