Endorsement: Richard Vivian, Sheriff, replies that on 10/01/1493 he delivered to John Glyn the younger, the messuages, lands, etc. in the writ.

Inquisition and return: Date to be returned to Chancery: 9/02/1493. The Sheriff had replied to a previous writ that Thomas Pennarth on the day of the recognisance was seized in demesne of 3 messuages and 69 acres of land in Pennarth next to Morvall; of a messuage and 48 acres of land in Polgoner in the parish of Morvall; of 3 closes of land containing 20 acres in Overleyland and Netherleyland next to Morvall in the same parish; of 2 messuages and 20 acres of land in Overwringworthy in the parish of Morvall, of 1 acre of land and two acres of woodland in Curgalyn called Millhill, of one messuage and 20 acres of land in Hill in the parish of Menheniot [East Hundred], of a messuage and 20 acres of land in Lantonell in the parish of Duloe [West Hundred] worth altogether £6 14s. 8d a year. At the time of the recognisance Thomas Pennarth had no goods or chattels.
