Defendant: John [Howe] Lord Chedworth, Sackville Henry Frederick Gwynne, Francis Smythies, William Hawkins, Withan Evans and wife, Catherine Gwynne, Elizabeth Gwynne, Rebecca Elizabeth Howe, Frederick Gwynne (an infant), Hugh Bold and Sir Watkin Williams Wynne.
Amended by an order dated 20 February 1798: Sackville Evans added as a defendant. John [Howe] Lord Chedworth and Sir Watkin Williams Wynne removed as defendants.
