Short title: Elam v Battye.

Document type: bill and four answers.

Plaintiffs: Samuel Elam and another.

Defendant: William Fenton Scott, Richard Battye, John Roberts, John Kaye, Mary Walker, Benjamin Hainsworth and William Lister Fenton Scott.

Amended by an order dated 19 January 1798: Mary Scott added as a defendant.

Revived and Supplementary bill Michaelmas 1801.
