Debtor: Francis Woodmancy, gentleman, the son of Thomas Woodmancy, deceased.

Endorsement: John Wilkinson and Nicholas Partridge, Sheriffs, reply that Francis Woodmancy was not found in the bailiwick; however, they have seized all his lands and tenements into the King's hands.

Inquisition and return: Date to be returned: 27/01/1520. Attached is the inquisition taken at Holborn in Middx on 17/01/1520 before John Wilkinson and Nicholas Church, Sheriffs, and John Gardener, Under-Sheriff: Francis Woodmancy on the day of the recognisance, and afterwards, was seised in demesne of 5 tenements in Westminster, worth £8 14s. 8d.; and of one messuage, some lands, and some woods in Kilburn in Middx, worth 74s. 4d.; he had no goods or chattels.
