Attached is the inquisition taken at Holborn in Middx on 17/01/1520 before John Wilkinson and Nicholas Church, Sheriffs, and John Gardener, Under-Sheriff: Francis Woodmancy on the day of the recognisance, and afterwards, was seised in demesne of 5 tenements in Westminster, worth £8 14s. 8d.; and of one messuage, some lands, and some woods in Kilburn in Middx, worth 74s. 4d.; he had no goods or chattels.
