(b) The inquisition made at Westminster on 08/10/1499 before James Wilford and Richard Bronde, Sheriffs: Cecilia Burbage on the day of the recognisance was seised of the Manor of Cowley Peachey in Middx [Elthorne Hundred], which is worth £12 after expenses.
