- Inquisition and return: Date to be returned: 13/10/1499. Attached is the inquisition made at Warwick on Mon., 30/09/1499 before Richard Pudsey, knight. Richard, Lord Beauchamp, was seised on the day of the recognisance of the Manors of Alcester and Beauchamp Court in Warwicks. The Manor of Alcester is worth £18 and the Manor of Beauchamp Court is worth £8 after expenses; they were seised into the King's hands. He had no goods or chattels in the bailiwick. John Godyff and William Lambard had no lands or tenements, goods or chattels in the bailiwick.
