Debtor: Edmund Mulso, knight, John Durward, esquire, the son and heir of John Durward, Robert Reydon, esquire, and David Mortimer, esquire.

Creditor: Henry Langley, esquire, now deceased, John Breton, esquire, and John Bedham, gentleman.

Amount: £40.

Before whom: Henry Frowick, Mayor of the Staple of Westminster.

Writ to: Sheriff of Essex

Sent by: Chancery.

Endorsement: Henry Barley, Sheriff, replies that he has seized into the King's hands a manor in Ramsey, called West Hall; the debtors were not found in the bailiwick.The execution of the rest of the writ appears in the inquisition.

Inquisition and return: Date to be returned: 13/10/1467. Attached is the inquisition made at Ramsey in Essex [Tendring Hundred] on Fri., 25/09/1467 before Henry Barley. Robert Reydon had in Ramsey on the day of the inquisition a manor, called Westhall, and 140 acres of land, and 12 acres of woodland in Wrabness and Mistley [Tendring Hundred], which are worth 16m. after expenses.
