William Pounfreyt, clerk, had on the day of the recognisance a messuage and a barn in Great Bardfield in Essex [Uttlesford and Freshwell Hundred] which are worth 20s.1d a year. Dorse: Memo. that on 1.6.1403 the messuage and barn were handed over to Thomas Fulham.
