- Inquisition and return: Date given for return to Chancery: 8.7.1399. The Sheriff replied to a previous writ that William Wimbledon was not found in the bailiwick but he had a tenement called Randolfestenement in the parish of Leatherhead [Copthorne Hundred, Surrey] and 5 acres in divers places in the same vill worth 100s. 40d., and various utensils of the chamber and the kitchen, 6 oxen, 10 cows, 4 calves, 4 horses, 120 sheep, 10 piglets and 4 qrs. of wheat, 12 qrs. of barley, 2 qrs. of oats, 2 qrs. of malted barley; 30 acres sown with wheat; 10 acres sown with oats, and 10 ploughed acres, worth in all £28 5s. 4d.
