Creditor: Thomas Roscelin {Roscelyn}, knight.

Amount: 2000m. [500m. of this sum is to be paid from Ralph's property in Sussex].

Endorsement: Nicholas Gentle {Gentil}, Sheriff, says that he has valued the chattels of Ralph Camoys at £199 8s., and that he has delivered them to Thomas Roscelin. The extent, which bears no date, is on a separate membrane.

In Elsted [in Dumpford Hundred, Sussex] there are: 14 cows, worth 71s.; 13 calves, worth 21s. 8d.; 13 calves, worth 13s.; 150 sheep, worth £8 15s.; 94 mother ewes, worth 78s. 4d.; 21 pigs, worth 16s. 4d.; 60 qrs of wheat in the rick, worth £10; 12 qrs of barley in the rick, worth 24s.; the crop of 50 acres of great oats, worth £4 3s. 4d.; the crop of 1 acre of vetches, worth 12d.; and hay in the barn to the value of 13s. 4d. The total value is £34 17s. In Didling {Dudling'} [in Dumpford Hundred] there are chattels and lands, worth £9 13s. 10d., including 47 sheep. In the Manor of Broadwater [in Brightford Hundred, Sussex] there are chattels and lands, worth £76 8s. 4d., including 90 mother ewes, worth £9 10s., and 173 lambs, worth £7 5s. In the Manor of Durrington [in Brightford Hundred] there are chattels and lands, worth £11 3s. 2d. In Bertecampe there are chattels, worth £4 11s. 4d.
