Endorsement: John de Buckland, Sheriff, says he has valued the goods and chattels of Henry de Headington, and of John Bythechurcheheye of Bloxham, and delivered them and half their lands to Ralph Friday, the attorney of John de Broughton, knight. He has also delivered to him half the lands, etc. of William Hikeman of Bloxham and of Robert de Arderne, knight [of Hanwell in Bloxham Hundred, Oxon] William le Walshe, bailiff of the liberty of the hundred of Banbury, belonging to the Bishop of Lincoln, has valued the property of William Hykeman in the hundred, namely a messuage in Banbury worth 3s. 2d clear. Robert de Arderne, knight, has no lands in his bailiwick.

He and Robert Darderne, knight hold the lands and tenements of John de Bloxham. Extent of Henry de Headington and of John Bythechurchehey of Bloxham, made at Bloxham, 27.10.1329: Henry de Headington has at Bloxham 1 cow worth 5s, 20 sheep worth 26s. at 10d. each. In the barn: 5 qrs of maslin worth 16s. 6d. at 3s.6d. a qr.; 5 qrs of dredge worth 15s. at 3s. a qr.; 3 qrs. of peas worth 6s. at 2s. a qr.; hay worth 6s. 8d; 13 acres sown with mixtil worth 32s 6d. at 2s. 6d. an acre. Total £4 19s. 4d. John Bythechurchehey has at Bloxham in his barn 12 qrs of mixtil worth 42s. at 3s. 6d a qr.; 10 qrs. of dredge worth 30s. at 3s. a qr.; 8 qrs. of peas worth 16s. at 2s. a qr.; hay worth 3s. 4d; 12 acres sown with mixtil worth 30s at 2s. 6d an acre. Total value £6 16d. Together: £11 8d. Henry de Headington has at Bloxham a messuage worth 4s. clear; 60 acres of arable worth 20s. clear at 4d an acre; 4 acres of meadow worth 6s. at 18d. an acre. Separate pastures worth 2s. John Bythechurchehey has at Bloxham a messuage with a meadow worth 3s. clear a year; 18 acres of arable worth 6s. clear, at 4d an acre; a piece of meadow worth 12d. a year. He pays 5s. rent to Mary, wife of Almaric St Amand, leaving him 5s. clear. The sum total of both extents is 37s. of which half is 18s. 11d, which was delivered to Ralph Friday the attorney of John de Broughton.
