He has also delivered to him half the lands, etc. of William Hikeman of Bloxham and of Robert de Arderne, knight [of Hanwell in Bloxham Hundred, Oxon] William le Walshe, bailiff of the liberty of the hundred of Banbury, belonging to the Bishop of Lincoln, has valued the property of William Hykeman in the hundred, namely a messuage in Banbury worth 3s. 2d clear. Robert de Arderne, knight, has no lands in his bailiwick.
