Total value of the goods and chattels: £34 14s. Half a messuage, and other houses worth 40d. a year; half a garden worth 2s. 6d.; half a windmill worth 1m.; half a fishpond worth 20d.; rents worth 31s. 6d.; court fees and perquisites worth 50s.
