Note (Additional information about the record)
- An order to the keeper of Glastonbury Abbey to make an extent of Mere's lands and assign dower accordingly was issued on 3 December 1274 (CCR 1272-9, p.138). For further documents relating to these lands, and to Mere's tenure of them of Glastonbury Abbey, see The Glastonbury Abbey Chartulary, vol.
