Nature of request
Writ of liberate of Edward II to the Treasurer and chamberlains, dated at Kenilworth on 28 April 1326, ordering them to pay Heton at the following Easter 13 marks 6s 2½d of the 26 marks 12s 5¼d granted to him annually at the Exchequer until he should receive the third part of the manor of Brierdean, the moiety of the town of Hartley and land in Caldstrother which will revert to the crown on the death of Juliana de Moriley, mother of Gilbert de Middleton, traitor, who holds it in dower.
