- The Prior of Norwich requests remedy, stating that he has made fine with the king for his twentieth for 60 marks, and has paid in full, but that the sheriff of Norfolk has been ordered to distrain the priors of Lynn and Aldeby to make similar fines, even though they are dependencies and all their property pertains to the Prior of Norwich.

- The handwriting would strongly indicate a date in the last quarter of the thirteenth century. However, the reference to a tax of a twentieth on the clergy suggests that it may relate to the administration of the three clerical twentieths granted in 1283, as this was the only grant of clerical twentieths made after 1267.
