Nature of request
The Mutynes request grace and remedy and that power is given to certain auditors to hear, determine and redress their complaint, and that they not be adjourned to the Exchequer at York as they were at the last parliament. They complain of Hengham as they recovered against Wyth a debt of £110 and £10 damages but by collusion between Wyth and Hengham, Hengham, by the power of his office of keeper of writs sequestered all their goods so that they could have no profit of them until they came to the Exchequer and made an acquittance of the sum that they had recovered.

At Exchequer, and let it be heard and swift justice done, so that he does not have to return to the council again.
