- The people request remedy and that they can have their estate in the wood of Misson that they and their predecessors had in the time of King Richard of Almaine and Edmund, his son, earl of Cornwall, the other moiety of the vill being in Lincolnshire, as the countess of Cornwall who has been assigned the moiety of the vill in Lincolnshire prevents them from taking or cutting wood in the wood.
