[The petition is badly damaged on its right-hand side so that much of the sense of the petition is lost].Cressy requests remedy concerning the presentation [by] Langeford of one Adam to the vicarage of Longford, and so [the ? petitioner] has arraigned an assize of darrein presentment concerning the vicarage to Cressy's prejudice.

He should answer the assize if he wishes it to be expedited as the statute is already proclaimed upon this.
