- Heved requests remedy as he was wrongfully indicted of the death of a man, and on this came the escheator's clerk, Wenegrave, Gunthorpe and Squirel and entered his house and broke his coffers and, without view of the sheriff or of neighbours, carried away what they found of his goods and jewels, and Heved surrendered to prison and Sporoun put him amongst thieves until he gives him 5s 9d.1)
