Nature of request
Wylburgham requests grace and remedy so that she is not disinherited. Her father, mother and elder brother bought the manor of Teston in Kent, and after her father's death, her mother married Loveday, and after her death, during Edmund, her brother's minority, Loveday gave the manor to the queen. Following the death of both of her brothers she sued to the queen for her inheritance, but she did not wish to render it and instead exchanged it with the prior of Holy Trinity, Canterbury for the town of Sandwich.

She should go to Chancery and sue his right by writ of Chancery according to the common law.
