- [Petition in two parts:]1) Mercer requests hasty remedy for the debt which he sued against Barow for Barow's goods and chattels have been seized into the king's hand as those of an alien, and he wishes to have execution upon the judgment as he is delayed and put to great expense.2) He requests that the goods and chattels of Dan[...]glars in the city of London until he answers Mercer for a debt for which Mercer has sued in the king's court against him, and he cannot be found in the city.
