Nature of request
Writ of Edward III to the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer concerning a petition exhibited in parliament before the king and his council by Cromwell complaining that he was impeded by the citizens of London from taking certain profits from the Thames that pertain to the tower, and commanding them to call and hear the parties and do what ought to be done.
