Ode and Outholf request remedy as their uncle died seised in his demesne as of fee of lands in Kirton, after whose death the earl of Cornwall seized the tenements and they are now come into the king's hand by the earl's death.1)

He requests that he expedite this bill for the love of Robert Bardolf.2) They should sue before the justices before whom the inquisition was taken and allege what they consider expedient.
