Lopez requests payment of money lent to the king for his Gascon War for which he has sealed letters of the earl of Lincoln as he has remained in England since the truce with France to have payment and has sued by petition to every parliament and has been give a date on the dorse of the petitions for him to have payment but has not had it. The treasurer ordered him at Langley to go to the parliament at Carlisle and Sandall would pay him. He has expended nearly two thirds of the value of the money in pursuit of payment.
