Nature of request
Servat requests a commission be given him upon the customs of Southampton, Chichester and Ipswich which was assigned him in full parliament. He originally had an assignment on the customs of Marmande but he was ousted, and he has not yet had the promised assignment for the £1,300 still in arrears of the £2,100 owed him. He also requests an assignment for the sum received by Havering to pay Bret on the same customs or if this is not possible on certain customs in Gascony. He requests regard is given to the great damage he has suffered in the ten years delay.
