The abbot and convent request that the purprestures and arentments taken in the forest within their common to their great grievance and damage in various places be removed or that they can have them at fee rendering the farm to the king.

The petition is dated is dated to 1301 as the justice of the forest was ordered to allow them their common and to remove obstructions on the 10 August 1302 (CCR 1296-1302, p. 547).
